Finally, note that rather than strict/traditional documentation, these pages are often the notes taken when a system was installed or is used often. Consequently, only the topics that could clearly be helpful to future IT staff rather than an exhaustive body of information about the organization, management, and use of all components. Some things intentionally do not include images or detailed notes/instructions. That is because these components change so often that maintaining the details for each version or instance of software or hardware is not possible due to the time required.
