This is the result of a meeting on 3.7.25. It was decided the that following projects should move forward.

• Identify areas that require "protection". Then identify their attack vectors. Then put best practices in place to secure that vector and area.
• Review the Google Workspace accounts we have and delete those that are no longer needed.
• Encourage staff to keep their important files on Google Drive.
• Document these two areas as they are addressed. Work with staff and all stakeholders on each of these.
