Note that the pool here will need to be adjusted to make better use of the class B range limitations.

What needs to happen is that many of our production devices that currently use DHCP need to be given static IPs. The DHCP pool can even be reduced. The balance is how many ad hoc connections do we need to provide?

127.0.0.1 Gateway
127.0.0.2-11 Servers and devices
127.0.0.12-24 Wireless Access Points
127.0.0.70-90 Tech Booth
127.0.0.100-250 DHCP Pool
127.0.0.251-254 Unknown

I would like to have most of the APs provide DHCP for the 192.x.x.x range so that they are separated from the production subnet but still have access to the Internet.
